I, Md. Rajibul islm  Islam, son of Md. Khokon and Fatima Begum, of A/1, Staff Quarter, B.G.T.T.C., Section-10, Mirpur, Dhaka-1210, aged about-______years, by faith-Muslim, by profession- business, by nationality- Bangladeshi by birth, having National ID No. ______________________, do hereby solemnly affirm and say as follows:-

1. That I am permanent resident of Bangladesh and one of the petitioners of the case and tadbirkar of the other petitioners. I am acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the case and as such fully competent to swear this affidavit.
